Vision

"To become a Doctoral of Pharmaceutical Sciences Program that excels in the fields of Pharmacy Science, Clinical and Community, as well as Pharmaceutical Technology with local characteristics of international standard in 2024".

Mission

The mission of the Doctor of Pharmacy Study Program is to provide Education, Research and Community Service with quality that is able to compete regionally, nationally and internationally, namely:

  1. Organizing PSDIF education based on research on innovative and quality natural ingredients in the context of educating and empowering the nation in the pharmaceutical sector, maintaining national integrity and having an international perspective.
  2. Increase the quantity, quality, and diversity of research on natural ingredients in the fields of science, clinical, and community pharmacy as well as pharmaceutical technology so that they are worthy of publication in international reputable journals with the Scopus index, Thomson Reuter, and other international indexers and can be applied in the community.
  3. Carry out community service in the form of collaborations nationally and internationally
  4. Expanding opportunities for Indonesian and international people to study and gain knowledge at PSDIF
  5. Responding to every development of the latest science and technology in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  6. Carry out cooperation with various parties that can improve quality in the fields of education, research and service.

Objectives

Efforts to achieve the vision and implementation of the mission above, the PSDIF objectives are formulated covering the Tridhama of higher education as follows:

A. Educational Goals

  1. To produce Doctoral graduates in Pharmacy who have high morals, have the spirit of Pancasila, as human resources who believe and are devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are responsible, and are competitive.
  2. Produce graduates who have competence in the field of pharmaceutical science, clinical, and community and pharmaceutical technology
  3. Produce graduates who master the methodology and technology of modern pharmaceutical science so that they are able to understand, explain and solve pharmaceutical problems using scientific concepts and behave as scientists.
  4. Produce graduates who are open, responsive to changes and developments in science and research in the pharmaceutical field.
  5. Fostering tripartite cooperation: the academic community, alumni and service users both at home and abroad.

B. Research Objectives

  1. Produce research on Pharmaceutical Sciences, especially the development of natural ingredients in pharmaceutical science, clinical, and community and pharmaceutical technology
  2. Produce research collaborations with other disciplines and develop research results.
  3. Produce research published in internationally reputed journals that are beneficial to the community.
  4. The holding of research collaborations on the development of natural medicines with the government, the pharmaceutical industry and other research institutions, including with foreign institutions.
